A New Maxi-Scooter Manufactured In Taiwan Has Just Been Launched As An Affordable Alternative To Honda And Yamaha Models. The ADX 400 TG Model From The SYM Brand Was Revealed With Specifications That Place It As A Strong Competitor In The Medium Displacement Category, Combining Power, Agility, And Competitive Price.

The ADX 400 TG is the latest launch from the Taiwanese SYM, a well-established company in the scooter segment. The model joins the ADX line, which also comprises the 125 and 300 cc versions already sold abroad. Equipped with a 399 cm³ engine, four valves, and a Variable Valve Actuation (VVA) system, the new scooter delivers 35 horsepower and a maximum torque of 37 Nm starting from 5,500 rpm.

For smoother handling, the scooter features two balance shafts that reduce vibrations. The front suspension uses an inverted fork, while the rear adopts a monoshock with a progressive link system. The wheels are 15 inches in the front and 14 inches in the back, contributing to greater stability on various terrains.

Technology And Structure Designed For Urban And Highway Use

The structure of the ADX 400 TG consists of a steel trellis frame and aluminum swingarm, with chain final drive. The assembly provides good mass centralization and, according to the manufacturer, favors handling both in urban routes and weekend trips, even with a passenger.

Competitive Price And Affordable Mobility Proposal

With an announced price of 7,299 euros in Europe (approximately R$ 43 thousand in direct conversion), the model positions itself as an affordable option compared to competitors such as the Honda ADV 350 and Yamaha XMAX 300, especially in emerging markets. SYM bets on the cost-benefit proposal to attract the audience seeking performance, economy, and sporty design without the high maintenance costs of premium models.

Só tem um problema e o nome dele é DAFRA ou DAFRIA como queiram. Toda marca que deixou seus produtos nas mãos dessa companhia ficaram totalmente cagados. Não investem em divulgação, em concessionárias e pior, tudo o que trazem já vem atrasado e desatualizado em relação ao mesmo produto vendido na Europa. No seguimento duas rodas é uma verdadeira tragédia !

As duas marcas mais tradicionais no Brasil são campeãs em nos apresentarem por aqui o que já ninguém mais quer na Europa e na Ásia. Na verdade, além de chegarem aqui já defasadas naqueles mercados, as motos/scooters ainda vêm com itens de série a menos
