Candidates participating in the Sebrae Trainee Program will be hired for a fixed term, for a period of one or two years, under the provisions of the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT). Professionals will be followed throughout the Program by a Tutor, who is a collaborator designated by the Directorate, directly working with the Trainee.
The trainees will undergo an introductory training lasting 40 hours, where they will get to know all the Programs and Projects Developed by Sebrae. Shortly after, a training will be conducted to develop, in the trainees, Transversal Competencies, aiming to identify human aspects and professional conduct aimed at employability.
Those interested in applying for the vacancies at Sebrae must access the FAPETEC website, read the information carefully, and fill in some personal details such as Full Name, CPF, Date of Birth, Email, RG, ZIP code, address, Number, among others.
Participants May Be Hired at the End of the Program
During the duration of the Program, the performance of professionals will be evaluated through a system of evaluation and monitoring of results, consisting of a professional learning space. The results of the evaluations will generate scores that will serve to classify the trainees.
At the end of the Trainee Program, Sebrae may hire a portion of the trainees if there are vacancies in its personnel and financial and budget availability, according to the Regulations of the People Management System (SGP), in the Provisioning Core, however, Sebrae is not bound by the hiring linked to this process.
The estimate of hiring Trainee professionals after the Program ends is merely an expectation, and the institution is exempt from any employment relationship with professionals who are not hired.
