Opportunities Are for High School, Technical, and Higher Education Levels in Belém and 25 Other Municipalities; Registration Is Free and Will Take Place from April 10 to 15
The State Department of Education of Pará announced the opening of 349 temporary positions through a Simplified Selection Process (PSS) for high school, technical, and higher education positions. The opportunities are distributed among the headquarters of Seduc in Belém and 25 other municipalities in Pará, with free registrations open from April 10 to 15. The information was officially disclosed on Seduc’s own website.
Available Positions and Required Profiles
According to notice No. 03/2025, published by Seduc, the available positions are:
- Government Management and Educational Policy Analyst — for graduates in Accounting, Statistics, Economics, Library Science, and Administration
- Government Management and Educational Infrastructure Analyst — for professionals in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and Architecture and Urbanism
- Educational Support Analyst — intended for those with a degree in Nutrition, Psychology, or Social Work
- Government and Educational Management Assistant (Administrative Assistant) — for those with a completed high school education or a vocational technical course
Salaries and Benefits
Remuneration varies according to the level of education of the position:

Positions at the higher level offer a base salary of R$ 3,096.24, plus 40% education allowance and food assistance of R$ 1,500.00, for a workload of 40 hours per week.
Meanwhile, positions at the high school or technical level have a salary of R$ 1,664.42, plus food assistance of R$ 1,500.00, with a minimum workload of 30 hours per week.
How to Register
According to Seduc, interested candidates must register exclusively through the electronic form available on the official website of the Secretary, between April 10 and 15.
At the time of registration, it will be necessary to attach documents in PDF format, such as:
- Photo identification document (ID or driver’s license)
- Tax ID
- Proof of residence
- Voter ID and electoral clearance certificate
- Diploma and school report
- Professional council registration, when required

How the Selection Will Be Conducted
The selection process will consist of four stages:
- Online Registration (April 10 to 15)
- Curriculum Analysis (eliminatory and classificatory)
- Interview — in-person or online
- Notification of selected candidates, according to the official schedule
Work Locations
The approved candidates may be assigned to the headquarters of Seduc in Belém, in the Regional Education Directorates, or in 25 other cities in the interior of Pará, according to the needs of the state public administration.
