Focusing on qualification and digital transformation for public management, Recife’s city hall is offering 20 positions in its Talentos Trainee Program. The trainee positions program offers a monthly stipend of R$ 4,500, a postgraduate degree in public management with a focus on innovation certified by Instituto Singularidades, digital transformation, and socio-emotional skills, as well as mentorship, with individual and group meetings.

Prerequisites for the Trainee Qualification Positions

Among the prerequisites to participate in the City Hall of Recife’s Trainee Program are:

Be Brazilian or have Brazilian naturalization;

Be at least 18 years old;

Not have immediate family members on the internal team of Vetor Brasil;

Reside in or be available to go to Recife;

Hold a completed degree from higher education institutions recognized by the MEC;

Applications for the Trainee Qualification Positions

Those interested in participating in the trainee qualification positions program must apply by October 4th, on the Vetor Brasil website. Selected candidates will go through eight selection stages, including online tests, group dynamics, and competency interviews.
