Technician in Administration – PSG (workload – 1,000 hours): The sectors and departments that make up the structure of organizations have process flows and internal forms of communication that require professionals capable of understanding the functioning and dynamics of each area of the company. In this context, the Technician in Administration performs support activities for the processes of various areas of an organization, carrying out their functions proactively, with the ability to solve problems and good interpersonal relationships, interacting with different work teams during the organizational processes.
Technician in Logistics – PSG (workload – 800 hours): The Technical Course in Logistics trains individuals to plan and manage logistics chain facilities and operations, aiming to improve the quality of storage, transport, and distribution processes of products along with companies that require logistics operations in their daily activities.
Technician in Environment – PSG (workload – 1,200 hours): The Technician in Environment is the professional responsible for gathering and systematizing data, information, and technical documents to support the execution of socio-environmental studies. Contributes to the process of developing environmental policies, implementing, and controlling environmental management programs and integrated management systems.
Technician in Quality – PSG (workload – 800 hours): The free course qualifies professionals for the preparation of manuals, procedures, diagnostics, and reports of quality processes in companies. It enables the preparation and execution of internal audits and monitoring of external audits, identifying non-conformities in products and processes, their possible causes, and corrective and preventive actions.
Technician in Human Resources – PSG (workload – 800 hours): The free course qualifies the participant for the development of human resources activities in the personnel department. It addresses topics such as: human relations, labor and social security legislation, recruitment and selection, training and development, personnel routines among other knowledge necessary for good professional performance.
Technician in Secretarial – PSG (workload – 800 hours): The Technician in Secretarial plays an important role in organizations, both public and private, assisting from planning and implementing strategies related to their area of expertise. This professional assists with demands related to management at different hierarchical levels, acting as a facilitator, being a link between company leaders and other sectors. Among the main responsibilities are: performing agenda management activities, travel management, document drafting, planning and organizing events, customer service, spreadsheet creation, and budgeting.
