There Are 20 Free Courses Being Offered Through the Microsoft Conecta+ Training Program. Anyone Interested in Technology Can Participate
The Microsoft Conecta+ training program is offering free technology courses to Brazilians. The free courses focus on Microsoft Azure cloud services, Business Applications, and Security. In total, there are 20 free certification courses at beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels.
The Microsoft Conecta+ aims to reach over 80,000 people from April to June of this year. To participate in the free Microsoft technology courses, individuals must be over 16 years old and have completed high school.
Additionally, participants in the free Microsoft courses seeking job opportunities can register their resumes on the Modern Talent Hub platform, making their resumes visible to partner companies of the Microsoft Conecta+ program that have job openings in the technology field.

Free Microsoft Technology Courses
According to Catraca Livre, Microsoft’s free courses offer over 300 hours of on-demand training and more than 180 hours of live training with content in Portuguese.
The free Microsoft Azure courses cover the basic concepts of cloud computing and artificial intelligence, applications and solutions, cloud resource management, planning and implementing complex scenarios, such as modernizing legacy applications, migration scenarios, and cloud solution architecture.
The Business Applications courses cover concepts of CRM and ERP, which are used to assist in managerial decision-making and improve the financial and administrative results of companies.
The Security courses address cloud computing and security concepts, clarifying how organizations can protect themselves through cloud-based tools, as well as providing information on focus areas such as information protection, operations and incident response, and comprehensive security.
The Microsoft Conecta+ program is part of Microsoft Mais Brasil, a plan created in October 2020, aimed at strengthening Microsoft’s long-standing commitment to Brazil, which spans 33 years and focuses on entrepreneurship, education, and training. Since mid-last year, over 600,000 people have started some form of training under Microsoft programs, with 200,000 having completed at least one course.

Ivy League, The League of America’s Top Universities, Is Offering Over 500 Free Online Courses
The Classcentral platform is offering 521 free online courses from Brown, Columbia, Cornell, Dartmouth, Harvard, Penn, Princeton, and Yale universities. Classcentral is responsible for centralizing all the free online courses from Ivy League universities on one page, although the courses are hosted on platforms like edX, Coursera, Kadenze, and Canvas Network.
The free online courses cover areas such as “Social Sciences,” “Business,” “Humanities,” “Health and Medicine,” and more.
