Microsoft opens vacancies in free courses in technology

There are 20 free courses being offered through the Microsoft Conecta+ training program. Anyone with an interest in technology can participate.

The Microsoft Conecta+ training program is offering free technology courses to Brazilians. The free courses are focused on the Microsoft Azure cloud service, Business Applications and Security. In total, there are 20 free courses with certification, at beginner, intermediate and advanced levels.

Microsoft Conecta+ aims to serve more than 80 people from April to June this year. To participate in free Microsoft technology courses, you must be over 16 years old and have completed high school;

In addition, participants of free Microsoft courses who are looking for job opportunities will be able to register their resume on the Modern Talent Hub platform, so the resume will be visible to partner companies of the Microsoft Conecta+ program that have job vacancies available in the technology field.

Free Microsoft Technology Courses

According to Free Turnstile, Microsoft's free courses have more than 300 hours of on-demand training and more than 180 hours of live training with content in Portuguese.

Free Microsoft Azure courses bring the basics of cloud computing and artificial intelligence, applications and solutions, cloud resource management, planning and deployment of complex scenarios, such as legacy application modernization, migration scenarios and cloud solution architecture .

The Business Applications courses bring CRM and ERP concepts, which are used to help make managerial decisions and improve the financial and administrative results of companies.

Security courses address concepts of cloud computing and security, clarifying how organizations protect themselves through cloud tools, in addition to providing information on areas of focus, such as information protection, operations and incident response, and security in a comprehensive manner. embracing.

The Microsoft Conecta+ program is part of Microsoft Mais Brasil, a plan created in October 2020, which aims to expand Microsoft's commitment to Brazil, which has lasted 33 years and which is based on entrepreneurship, education and training. Since the middle of last year, more than 600 people have started some training course within Microsoft programs, in which 200 have concluded at least one course.

The Classcentral platform is offering 521 courses free online from Brown, Columbia, Cornell, Dartmouth, Harvard, Penn, Princeton and Yale universities. Classcentral is responsible for centralizing all free online courses from universities that make up the Ivy League on a single page, however, courses are taught on sites such as edX, Corsera, Kadenze and Canvas Network.

The free online courses cover the areas of “Social Sciences”, “Business”, “Humanities”, “Health and Medicine”, and more.
