Senai and Siemens Gamesa have entered into a new partnership and are offering 20 places on a free course focused on the wind energy market for PCD candidates.
Last week, Senai and Siemens Gamesa Energia Renovável announced the opening of registration for the selection process of the free Professional Qualification course for Autonomous Operators focused on wind power, Overhead Crane, NR 35, Guidance and Personal Development and Platform Lift Operation. It is important to emphasize that the free course is aimed exclusively at People with Disabilities (PCD).
Requirements to participate in Senai and Siemens Gamesa's free course
To participate in the professional qualification in wind energy, PCD candidates must be at least 18 years old on the date of registration for the selection process, have completed high school, be a person with a disability with the presence of a medical report, reside in the municipalities of Salvador , Camaçari or another in the Metropolitan Region of Salvador.
In addition, it is necessary to carry out activities related to training in NR 35, work at heights and NR 10, safety in installations and electricity services.

To apply, candidates must access the Senai website, carefully read the information and the Notice and register with essential data such as Full Name, Date of Birth, CPF, E-mail and Telephone. It is important to point out that, out of the 150, only 20 PCD candidates will be selected for the free wind energy course offered by Senai and Siemens.
Classes will be held at the Senai units in Bahia
The selection process for PCD candidates for the free wind energy course at Senai and Siemens Gamesa will have three stages of evaluation, of an eliminatory and classifying nature, confirmation of registration with validation of documentation, and proof of general knowledge.
Calls for the stages of the selection process will be made through Senai's website. Candidates will be responsible for following up on the calls and being present on the days informed.
The final list of the 20 approved PCD candidates will be released from 14 pm on August 19, on the Senai website. Those approved will be invited to enroll in Siemens' free wind energy course, with a workload of 382 hours, which will be taught in person at the Senai Camaçari Unit or at a location indicated by the partner company.
Training classes will be given from Monday to Friday in the afternoon, with some classes on Saturday, from 13:17 pm to XNUMX:XNUMX pm, at the facilities of the Senai Unit or other places designated by the Siemens Games in the city.
