Senai Bahia Is Open for Enrollment in Thousands of Free EAD Technical Courses Aiming to Train New Students in the Areas of Mechanics, Logistics, Refrigeration, Among Others.

For those looking for free opportunities to enhance their qualifications or employability, Senai Bahia announced the opening of thousands of free technical courses starting this Monday (7). The 2023 selection process of the institution offers 6,520 spots in free EAD courses with the availability of 610 scholarships in 19 courses, which will be taught in face-to-face, EAD, and blended formats.

Who Can Compete for the Free Technical Course Spots at Senai Bahia?

Senai Bahia has free EAD courses for the municipalities of Alagoinhas, Camaçari, Barreiras, Feira de Santana, Juazeiro, Ilhéus, Lauro de Freitas, Vitória da Conquista, Luís Eduardo Magalhães, and Salvador (Cimatec and Dendezeiros).

Among the free technical courses are: Administration, System Development, Industrial Automation, Construction, Electrical Engineering, Electromechanics, Electronics, Logistics, Mechanics, Automotive Maintenance, Petrochemistry, Chemistry, Computer Networks, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration, and Occupational Safety, among others.

The enrollments are to compete for one of the 610 scholarships for the free technical courses at SENAI Bahia, going until December 19. To apply, among other requirements demanded by Senai Bahia, the candidate must be from a low-income background and have taken the Enem in the years 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, or 2021, with a simple arithmetic average score equal to or greater than 500 points.

In addition to the offer of scholarships in free EAD courses, Senai provides a special condition with a 30% discount on the enrollment in the first monthly fee until December 19. The discount is valid for both face-to-face and blended courses.

Enrollment in the selection process can be done for free via the internet on the Institution’s website or in person at the candidate service centers of the Senai Bahia units, according to the selection process notice, which has been published on this day 7.

More information, addresses of the candidate service centers, and the complete notice with the free courses offered can be found on the technical courses portal. And for those who want to explore the technical courses up close, on November 9 and 10, 21 units of Senai are open with over 300 free activities focused on the job market.

The event, called Mundo Senai Bahia, offers workshops, mini-courses, and both in-person and online lectures, with certificates. Topics include Metaverse, How to Make Money Making Panettones, How to Deal with Anxiety and Depression, Demystifying 5G, Curriculum and Job Interview Tips, among other activity topics.

According to Rodrigo Vasconcelos, director of Senai Bahia, the event is an opportunity for the public to qualify and learn about vocational training options. To participate, just choose the activities and register on the site.
