Senai Ceará Has A New Selection Process With Over 3,600 Openings In Free Distance Learning Courses. Opportunities Are Available In HR, Administration, Logistics Operations, Among Others.

The Senai Ceará has over 3,600 openings in free distance learning courses to meet industry demands and qualify specialized labor. The distance professional qualification courses grant students a certificate that is equivalent to an occupation listed in the Brazilian Classification of Occupations, which can be presented for title exams when applying for public competitions.

The free distance learning courses are aimed at the general community self-declared as low-income at the time of registration. Opportunities are available for the following trainings:

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

The general objective of this training is to enable the development of activities focused on administrative areas of industries and commercial departments directed to specific technical and scientific foundations, technical, organizational, social, and methodological abilities necessary for the professional profile of the administrative assistant, meeting demand according to economic and technological trends in the region and the course offering.

ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT

The aim is to execute accounting and financial procedures such as codifications, histories, classifications, bookkeeping, reconciliations, tax declarations and payments, preparing spreadsheets, documents, and reports, and calculating financial results in accordance with current regulations and legislation.

LOGISTICS OPERATIONS ASSISTANT

The objective is to train professionals with technical knowledge in the logistics area to act effectively within organizations, aiming to meet industry demand, promote the advancement of social, organizational, technical, and methodological capacities, associated with the development of technical and socio-emotional competencies related to logistics macro-processes to meet the demands for professionals in this area.

HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT

The goal is to prepare professionals to execute administrative processes in the HR department of a company and carry out activities to support the planning, evaluation, execution, and control of recruitment and selection processes, training and development, job advancement, performance evaluation, positions, benefits, and salaries.

Registrations For The Free Online And Distance Learning Courses Can Be Made Until The 26th

The training will be mediated by a tutor, will have live classes, and each course has a workload of 160 hours. Registrations must be made online, through the Senai Ceará website, until March 26 or until all slots are filled.

Registrations can be made through the Senai website, where the information present in the notice will be provided. Only one registration per CPF and in only one of the available free distance learning courses will be allowed.

No registration fee will be charged and, after this period, at the discretion of Senai Ceará, a new deadline for filling vacancies may be established, without interfering with the start date of already formed classes. The accuracy and authenticity of the data presented are the sole responsibility of the candidate, and if any errors are found, the registration will be canceled.

For the free online and distance learning courses for administrative assistants and human resources, 1,200 vacancies will be offered for each. For the accounting assistant and logistics operations courses, 600 vacancies will be offered for each.

To compete for the courses at Senai Ceará, the candidate must have completed elementary education, be at least 14 years old, have a computer, smartphone, notebook, tablet, or similar device to complete the course, and declare their inability to finance the course through self-declaration at the time of registration.

The approved registration will automatically be converted into enrollment in the desired program. This confirmation will be sent via email to the candidate, which will include the information for accessing the course through Senai Ceará’s virtual platform.
