Senai and Siemens Gamesa Have Closed a New Partnership and Are Offering 20 Slots in a Free Course Focused on the Wind Energy Market for PWD Candidates.
Senai and Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy announced last week the opening of registrations for the selection process of the free Professional Qualification Course for Autonomous Operators focused on wind energy, Overhead Crane, NR 35, Personal Orientation and Development, and Elevator Platform Operation. It is important to emphasize that the free course is exclusively aimed at People with Disabilities (PWD).
Requirements to Participate in the Free Course from Senai and Siemens Gamesa
To participate in the professional qualification in wind energy, PWD candidates must be at least 18 years old on the date of registration for the selection process, have completed high school, be a person with a disability with the presence of a medical report, and reside in the municipalities of Salvador, Camaçari, or another in the Metropolitan Region of Salvador.
Additionally, it is necessary to fulfill the activities related to training in NR 35, working at Heights, and NR 10, safety in electrical installations and services.

For registration, candidates must access the Senai website, carefully read the information and the Public Notice, and register with essential data such as Full Name, Date of Birth, CPF, Email, and Phone. It is important to highlight that out of the 150, only 20 PWD candidates will be selected for the free wind energy course from Senai and Siemens.
Classes Will Be Held at Senai Units in Bahia
The selection process for PWD candidates for the free wind energy course from Senai and Siemens Gamesa will consist of three evaluation stages, of an eliminatory and classificatory nature: confirmation of registration with documentation validation, and a general knowledge test.
Notifications for the stages of the selection process will be made through the Senai website. Candidates will be responsible for monitoring the notifications and attending on the specified days.
The final list of the 20 approved PWD candidates will be published from 2 PM on August 19, on the Senai website. The approved candidates will be called for enrollment in the free Siemens wind energy course, with a workload of 382 hours, which will be held in person at the Senai Camaçari Unit or at a location indicated by the partner company.
The training classes will be held from Monday to Friday in the afternoon, with some classes on Saturday, from 1 PM to 5 PM, at the facilities of the Senai Unit or other locations designated by Siemens Gamesa in the city.
