In the state of Espírito Santo, free EAD courses will be offered for the industrial area in the form of a Business Voucher, a tool for offering free courses based on companies’ needs to enhance and qualify professional workers in productive sectors.
Vouchers Will Be Offered to Interested Companies in the Industrial Area and Will Be Converted into Free EAD Courses for Unemployed and Even Employed Individuals
It is worth noting that this voucher must be used within 72 hours. Two modalities will be offered: the New Employment Voucher, which focuses on increasing the employability of the unemployed, and the Requalification Voucher, which enhances the productivity of employed professionals.
The goal is to achieve professional retraining and skill enhancement for the workforce of companies benefiting from Senai-ES’s free courses.
Now Learn Which Companies Will Be Able to Offer Slots for Free EAD Courses in the Industrial Area
All sizes of industrial companies can participate in the Senai-ES program. Micro (up to 19 employees), small (up to 99 employees), and medium companies (up to 499 employees) can access both modalities of the program offered by Senai-ES.
However, large companies (with more than 500 employees) can only access the New Employment Voucher modality for the allocation of EAD course slots.
It is important to remember that each industrial company has a limit on the modality per year, which varies according to its size and the availability of slots from Senai-ES, with 20% of vouchers for micro and small companies, 10% for medium, and 5% for large companies.
How to Participate in the Program to Offer EAD Courses
The industry manager must register the company on the Loja Mundo Senai platform. Afterwards, they must manage the free EAD courses that interest the company and indicate the workers.
If there are no courses that interest the company, the responsible employee can indicate on the platform which courses the company would like to see available.
In turn, if the company offers the slot in the New Employment modality, the unemployed individual will access the Loja Mundo Senai platform, register personally, activate the voucher within 72 hours, and enroll in the course offered by the company. The interested party, upon signing the acceptance term, will need to declare that they are not employed.
If the company opts to indicate the unemployed individual, they will receive all information via e-mail.
