Senai-PE Is Offering Thousands of Spots in Free Online and EAD Courses for Candidates Who Are in High School or Have Completed It. There Are Opportunities for Warehouse Workers, Administrative Assistants, and Much More.

The National Service for Industrial Training of Pernambuco (Senai-PE) has thousands of openings in free online professional qualification courses. In total, there are 2,500 spots in courses for administrative assistants, production controllers and programmers, electrician helpers, and much more.

This course aims to qualify professionals to assist in the planning and execution of electrical installations in buildings according to standards, safety regulations, and ABNT standards.

Warehouse Worker

Prepares professionals to manage products or materials in their receipt, storage, checking, and distribution, keeping location records in the warehouse updated according to environmental, quality, and safety regulations.

Administrative Assistant

Trains professionals to perform tasks related to the administrative areas of industries and departments, in accordance with current laws, internal procedures, environmental regulations, technical standards, quality, workplace safety, and health. 

Environmental Assistant

Prepares professionals to understand the factors and actions that contribute to environmental imbalance. Teaches sustainable development, soil, air, and water pollution, ethics, citizenship, and the environment, among others.

Computer Systems Operator

Teaches how to install, reuse, and configure office applications, internet software, and client operating systems, preparing professionals to organize data input and output in information systems according to quality, hygiene, safety, and health technical standards and procedures.

Quality Inspector

Aims to develop competencies related to conducting and carrying out inspections of mechanical parts and assemblies through dimensional and geometric measurements, at the beginning, during, and at the end of each stage of the production process.

Registrations for Free Online and EAD Courses Will Be Open Until 11/02

Registrations can be made until the 2nd of this month on the Senai-PE website. Candidates with low income who are currently enrolled or have completed high school may apply. According to Senai, the selection process for spots in free courses will be conducted in the order of registration.

On the website, candidates must attach copies of the enrollment declaration, high school completion certificate, school transcript, CPF, and a personal identification document such as RG, CTPS, CNH, or passport.

The results of the process will be announced this Thursday (3) and the approved candidates will receive an email with instructions for accessing the virtual classroom. The estimate is that classes will begin still in November.

The free online and EAD courses are short-term, and according to the Director of Education at Senai-PE, Carla Abigail, they serve as a first step for those seeking qualification and wishing to learn a profession. According to Carla, with the certificate in hand, it is possible to enter a job area quickly and effectively, and then deepen knowledge in other courses.
