Job Details for Administrative Technician
The professional will work directly in the management of purchases and bidding processes at SESC, being responsible for quotations, negotiations with suppliers, drafting of notices, and analysis of terms of reference.
Thus, they must monitor the purchasing processes and ensure they comply with internal regulations.
Main Responsibilities
- Conduct price quotations and negotiate with suppliers.
- Issue purchase orders and draft bidding notices.
