SESI Selection Process
The selection process of SESI Goiás will be divided into four rigorous stages to ensure the selection of the most qualified candidates.
1st Stage: Registration and Curriculum Analysis – Interested candidates must register on the recruitment platform by February 18, 2025. After the initial screening, only curricula that meet the minimum requirements will be selected for the next phase.
2nd Stage: Evaluation with the Manager – Candidates approved in the curriculum analysis will be invited for a technical interview with the unit manager.
3rd Stage: Approval – Candidates approved in the interview will have their documents analyzed to ensure compliance with the job requirements.
4th Stage: Hiring – After approval, selected candidates will receive the offer letter and proceed to formalize the employment contract.
SESI Goiás informs that, at the discretion of GERHC, the stages of the selection process may be adjusted, which may include new evaluations or omit some phases as needed.
Occupational Physician – Goiânia (GO)
The professional hired as an Occupational Physician at SESI Goiás will be responsible for conducting medical consultations, monitoring occupational exams, and implementing preventive actions within the companies served by SESI.
Among the main responsibilities of the position are:
- Assessment of the workers’ labor capacity, considering cognitive and emotional demands of the role.
- Conducting occupational medical exams, such as admission, periodic, return-to-work, and dismissal exams.
- Preparation and implementation of the Medical Control and Occupational Health Program (PCMSO).
- Promotion of educational campaigns and preventive actions related to occupational health.
- Acting as a rescuer, providing first aid and referring patients when necessary.
- Recording and consolidating statistical data, monitoring occupational health indicators.
- Participation in the preparation of technical reports and documents related to the medical field.
The working hours will be Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 12 PM, totaling 20 hours per week.

Completed Higher Education in Medicine.
Completed postgraduate degree in Occupational Medicine.
Active registration in CRM and RQE in Occupational Medicine.
Availability to work in person in Goiânia (GO).

- Experience with administrative or judicial medical assessments.
- Knowledge of the Regulatory Norms (NRs) related to worker health.
- Skills in first aid and preparation of PCMSO.
- Basic computer knowledge (Office Package).
