Sesi-PE Has Over 300 Vacancies in Free Courses for Young People Over 16. Participants Will Receive a Completion Certificate at the End of the Selected Course.
The Social Service of Industry of Pernambuco (Sesi-PE) announced this Friday (8) the opening of new enrollments for free online courses in “Communication in Organizational Focus” and “Time Management”. In total, the institution has 300 vacancies available, with 150 for each opportunity.
What Online Courses Does Sesi-PE Offer?
In the online course of Communication in Organizational Focus, participants will learn basic knowledge about communication in the organizational environment, taking into account work demands and interpersonal relationships, as these interactions are essential in productive processes.
Among the topics being covered are: What is communication and what is its importance, Aspects Involving Communication, Communication and Its Approaches, Factors Involved in Communication, Management and Communication, Relationships Between Communication, Work, and Learning, Communication Theories in Organizations, and Communication with Excellence. The total workload for this free course is 20 hours.

For the course on Time Management, the focus is to understand the importance of organization and planning as a strategy to achieve greater productivity and efficiency in the workplace.
The content will cover topics such as: Time and Its Impact on Organizations, Managing Time, The Issue of Time in Contemporary Times, Quantity vs. Quality, Challenges of Time Management in Personal and Professional Spheres, Time Management and Establishing Priorities, and How to Effectively Manage Time. The total workload for this course is 8 hours.
How to Participate in Free Courses
Enrollment can be done through the Sesi-PE website, in the Distance Education section, until September 17. Interested parties must be at least 16 years old, have internet access, and basic knowledge of the internet and email.
After enrollment, it will be necessary to complete the online registration, with digitized files of the following documents: Original School Transcript or Provisional Transfer, Identification Document (ID) and CPF of the student and legal guardians, a copy of the work card, the last pay stub, a company declaration or social contract.
Once the registration is completed, students will have up to 30 days to study the materials and complete the online courses. After finishing the course hours, participants must take an assessment on the educational platform, and upon achieving 70 points or more on the exam, they will receive the Completion Certificate.
