With the Aim of Training Qualified Professionals to Meet the Needs of the Job Market, Centec Will Open, on Monday (03), More Than 900 Slots in Free Distance Education (EAD) Courses

The Technological Education Center (Centec) will open, next Monday (03), registrations for 960 slots in 11 free initial and continuing education courses. These will be short courses lasting only two weeks, with distance education (EAD) classes. Centec’s courses are aimed at residents of Ceará who are in socioeconomically vulnerable situations such as unemployed individuals, beneficiaries of the More Childhood Card, or those with a monthly income of up to one minimum wage.

Learn How to Participate in Centec’s Free EAD Courses

Registrations will be available on Centec’s website starting at 8 AM on May 3rd, and will remain open until filled. To participate in the free distance education courses, it will be necessary to be at least 16 years old and have access to a computer, laptop, or mobile phone with internet access.

In addition to these requirements proposed by Centec, each free course has specific criteria, such as professional profile, educational level, or the necessity to have a computer that meets the proposed requirements, as is the case with the computer basics course. It is important to note that no more than one course is allowed per candidate.

The free courses are offered by the Vocational Technological Centers (CVTs) of Centec located in Brejo Santo, Campos Sales, Boa Viagem, Granja, Fortim, Jucás, Horizonte, Itaiçaba, Ipaumirim, Limoeiro do Norte, Missão Velha, Mauriti, Santa Quitéria, and Viçosa do Ceará. However, considering that the courses are in distance education (EAD), residents from any city in the state of Ceará can participate.

The 11 free distance education courses offered by Centec are: Cashier Operator Basics, Computer Basics, Negotiation and Sales Techniques, Electrical Safety Basics, Digital Tools, Administrative Assistant Techniques, Entrepreneurship, Leadership and People Management Basics, Regulatory Norm No. (NR-10), Hydro-sanitary Installations, and Nutrition and Food Education Basics.
