Shopee Is Hiring for the First Edition of Its Trainee Program, Aiming to Find Young Talents Without Experience. Additionally, the Company Also Has Job Openings in Several Brazilian States

The e-commerce platform of Sea LTD, Shopee, is opening positions for the first edition of its Trainee program in Brazil. The platform will select 20 recent graduates without experience to work in areas such as Operations, Products, Commercial, Human Resources, Business Intelligence, Finance, and Marketing. The program will last for one year and three months and will focus on the trainees’ development, who will be mentored by senior management.

You can apply for the program if you are a young person without experience who graduated from higher education after 2019 and resides in Brazil. Work at Shopee is hybrid, meaning it involves both remote work and in-office work at the company’s location in São Paulo.

Additionally, the company is looking for candidates with advanced and fluent English.
