The accounting, tax, and financial area of Cooperatives is responsible for recording and classifying accounting facts that do not have automated treatment, reconciling accounting movements, composing balances, closing monthly trial balances, and semi-annual statements.

The sector also generates, validates, and offers semi-annual financial statements published by the cooperatives, meets the external, internal, and Central Bank of Brazil balance audits, and provides support to Ordinary General Assemblies (AGO) regarding the accounting documents of the cooperatives of the company that have internalized services at the Shared Services Center – CSC.

Those interested in working at Sicoob must possess a bachelor’s degree in Accounting; active CRC, experience in financial statement processes, experience in accounting reconciliation processes, financial reconciliation processes, knowledge of intermediate Excel, and experience in accounting. Experience in companies within the financial services sector is also desirable.

Approved candidates for this position, which allows the professional to work from home, will be responsible for providing services to the individual Cooperatives regarding accounting services, in the accounting closing processes and routines, preparation and accounting reports, and information gathering for audits.
