With the end of activities at the Troller factory in Fortaleza, the stock of 0 km vehicles has run out at the only vehicle dealer in the Cearense city. The last new models had their sales ended in October, and the information was provided by the store’s general manager, Emerson Fabiano. According to Fabiano, there are only four used models available for sale at prices ranging from R$ 170 thousand to R$ 210 thousand.

Troller Dealership in Fortaleza Will Close in December
The manager explains that the profile of buyers varies, from customers who love the Troller brand to collectors. According to Emerson, he has a client who bought two 0 km vehicles, one to keep stored and another for personal use. There is no similar car in the category.
The dealership will close its activities in December, and until then, it will continue selling and providing post-sales service for the last 0 km vehicles. Fabiano highlighted that, after the factory closure, Ford will continue to support Troller cars in Fortaleza that are still under warranty. The expectation is to carry out activities until December 31.

Troller Factory in Horizonte Will End Activities at the End of November
Regarding the brand’s factory in Horizonte, the production of parts will continue until the end of November, with the mission of ensuring the availability of parts, according to what was announced in August by Ford management in the country.
The expectation was that Ford would sell the Troller factory in Fortaleza to another investor by June, however, the negotiation has not occurred yet, and according to columnist Samuel Quintela, there were more than 400 layoffs still in October.
According to Nilton Pereira, president of the Maracanaú Workers’ Union, at that time, from October the formalities and layoffs began, sector by sector until December. The stalled sale of the factory was partly due to a requirement from company executives that the buyer could not use the Troller brand or the design of the vehicles produced by it.
