The SindExpo Brazil Balneário Camboriú 2023, The Largest Fair for the Condominium and Syndicate Sector in the Country, Took Place Last Week with Over R$ 30 Million in Closed and Prospected Business
About a thousand people visited the Balneário Camboriú Event Center on September 15 and 16 for the SindExpo Brazil Balneário Camboriú 2023. The visiting audience was primarily made up of syndicates and condominium administrators from various parts of Santa Catarina and also from other states, representing a universe of more than 10 thousand condominiums.
The fair of products and services brought together 22 exhibitors showcasing the latest trends in artificial intelligence (AI) and information technology (IT), energy efficiency, maintenance and conservation, cleaning, security, decoration, supply, among other items widely used in this market.
“Balneário Camboriú is a reference in civil construction. Its potential to showcase to the world the tallest skyscrapers, modern and equipped with much technology, are some of the main differentiators that highlight it and make the coastal municipality a perfect place for SindExpo,” says Ana Paula Franco, from Conectta Eventos, the brand owner. Another point highlighted by Ana Paula is the excellent construction standards that can be compared to the main metropolises on the planet, creating a high-standard market in the condominium area. “These are factors that justify the high financial turnover of this edition of SindExpo, amounting to R$ 30 million in closed and prospected business,” she adds.

“We are very happy to participate in SindExpo, especially due to the high potential for generating business. We serve many condominium administrators and many closed groups from various parts of the state, which opens great business possibilities for us,” explains businessman Ricardo Anciutti, who works with Christmas decorations for condominiums.
“In this edition of SindExpo, we have already closed several partnerships and made contact with more than 180 syndicates and condominium administrators, which makes us very optimistic regarding the business that may arise from the event,” says Mauro Almeida, from Okeo Minimercados.
Knowledge and Management
Another important point was the interaction of the audience with the best professionals in the field, through lectures and debates. The parallel programming of the product and service showcase included a technical congress and the I Santa Catarina Forum on Condominium Law, in partnership with the local section of the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) of Balneário Camboriú.
The president of the Condominium Law Commission of OAB/Balneário Camboriú, Mário Panno, also expressed full satisfaction with the event’s execution. “The audience, consisting of lawyers, students, syndicates, and condominium administrators, closely followed all the lectures with the specialists, being able to clear doubts on various subjects of Condominium Law. Given the great success and at the audience’s request, this event should be included in the official calendar of SindExpo Brazil Balneário Camboriú.”
