According To Lawyer Marco Fabrício Vieira, A Member Of The National Traffic Council (Contran), The Use Of Mounts For Cell Phones Is Legal. Brasil ! Adoro o meu país mas quanto mais eu vivo aqui mais eu vejo como as leis são engraçadas, piadas mesmo . Um motorista pode ter um celular no suporte e , claro atender e fazer ligações enquanto um motociclista não pode ter comunicador no capacete ( sem a necessidade de usar as mãos) . Qual é a lógica?
