Located in Barra Sul in Balneário Camboriú, the building features an architecture that evokes the race tracks dominated by Senna, with curved shapes at the base and a top that rises in an imposing straight line. With 157 floors, Senna Tower will surpass the current record holder, Central Park Tower in New York, becoming the world's tallest residential building in Brazil.

The construction of this giant involves unprecedented technical challenges. The foundation must be flawless to withstand vertical and horizontal pressures, especially considering that the final height could vary between 500 and 700 meters. The building will be the first residential building in Latin America to use a mass damper, a crucial technological device for neutralizing movements caused by winds.
Use of solar energy
The Senna Tower will feature a façade entirely covered in glass and a lighting system that will transform it into a visual icon, especially at night. The LEED Platinum-certified LED lights highlight the curves and straight lines of the architectural design, reflecting the commitment to sustainability through the use of solar energy and water reuse systems.
With 228 residential units, including 18 suspended mansions, 204 luxury apartments and duplex and triplex penthouses, the development is among the most exclusive on the planet. The suspended mansions will offer private pools and garages inside the apartments, something unheard of in constructions of this magnitude. Prices for the units range from R$10 million to R$50 million, and can exceed R$100 million for the most exclusive ones.
Observatory on top of the building
In addition to the residences, the building will offer six floors of leisure facilities, two of which will be open to the public, with green areas, heated pools, wellness centers and luxurious restaurants with panoramic views of the sea. One of the biggest attractions will be the observatory at the top of the building, providing a spectacular view of Balneário Camboriú, the Atlantic Ocean and the surrounding mountains.
Currently, the works are focused on preparing the land and executing the foundation. The ground drilling has already reached depths of up to 40 meters, using one of the largest continuous auger drilling rigs in Brazil. The expectation is that, after the completion of this critical phase, the construction will begin to gain height quickly.

I think the project is cool, but I say very clearly that I think it is a waste of money, because only millionaires will be able to have this pleasure, while thousands of families who are homeless and living dependent on relatives, or even living under a bridge, would be more viable for this company to enter into a partnership with the federal government and invest all this fortune in popular houses or apartments, to shelter low-income families, because our country has thousands of square meters of land that can be used to build popular houses, think carefully about this subject it would be more profitable, and perhaps even cheaper, because the millionaires who could buy an apartment in a building like this, can buy another luxury one anywhere in the country or even abroad. A building like this will not make a difference to the rich, it will just be a tourist monument, and an object of admiration, and for the media to publicize that our country has the tallest building in the world, I wonder if this is really what our country needs, people, and now wake up, we have much better things to spend money on than building the tallest building in the world.
There are certainly companies and social projects in partnership with banks to serve the class of people who need access to housing. Right now, this company is looking to stand out and obviously profit from this innovative and potentially successful project. Not everything is communism, people with money have the right to acquire the goods that their money can buy, because if we had the money for such an investment and opportunity, I guarantee you that we would do it too.
