Logistics Support Assistant

Must have an active CNH A or AB (Motorcycle) for at least two years, complete high school education, experience with customer service, technical education or higher education in logistics, engineering, administration, or related fields, intermediate or advanced Excel skills, and experience with logistics.

Responsible for assisting customers within the city and helping them with the initial use and proper operation of the contracted products.

External Sales Consultant

Must be of legal age, have technical or higher education in progress, be able to communicate perfectly, have desirable commercial experience, a lot of energy, and a passion for serving Stone’s clients and seeking excellence in everything they set out to do.

Responsible for bringing financial solutions to the lives of Brazilian merchants, creating connection and empathy.

Customer Relationship Analyst

Must have complete high school education, experience in customer relationship fields, prior work with CRM, clear communication skills, analytical and critical profile, energy, and a passion for serving.

Will be responsible for resolving any demand raised by the customer, regardless of the Stone product, through one of its 4 communication channels (email, WhatsApp, chat, or phone).

Interested candidates for the home office positions should access the opportunities page of the company on the VAGAS platform and from there apply to the selection process. After selecting the desired position and checking if the profile is compatible with the requirements, it is necessary to create a registration in the system and wait.
