Koch Group, the largest supermarket chain in Santa Catarina, has taken another step in its expansion with the opening of SuperKoch in Camboriú. The new store opened its doors this Thursday (25) at 8 a.m., and has already brought immediate impact to the local economy by creating 100 direct jobs and 350 indirect jobs.
In addition, the group reported that there are still ten vacancies open. Interested individuals should visit the Koch Group stores in the city with an identification document.
Structure of the New SuperKoch in Camboriú
The supermarket arrives with an updated concept, especially valuing the perishable sectors, ensuring freshness in fruits, vegetables, butcher, and bakery. The store also features a bakery for ready-made cakes and pies, as well as a wine cellar with a special selection of wines, spirits, and craft beers.

Accelerated Expansion in Santa Catarina
The opening in Camboriú marks the ninth store opened by Koch Group in 2025. Already this Friday (26), the chain expands its presence with the opening of a Komprão in São José, on the Santa Catarina Coast.
Founded 31 years ago in Tijucas, Koch Group has established itself as a leader in the supermarket sector in Santa Catarina. CEO José Koch highlighted the symbolism of the expansion. “The opening of two stores in two days, one in retail in Camboriú and another in wholesale in São José, symbolizes how much we believe in the potential of the state and the strategic role that Koch Group plays in the development of Santa Catarina,” he stated.
With the new units, the chain reaches 89 stores spread from the North to the South of the state, maintaining the title of the 10th largest supermarket chain in Brazil, according to the 2025 ranking by Abras (Brazilian Supermarket Association).
