Understand How the Internship Program at Suzano Pulp and Paper Will Work
Those approved in the internship selection process at Suzano will undergo Advanced Onboarding, an immersion moment for the class in Suzano’s business, from planting seedlings in the nursery and harvesting eucalyptus, through the production process of pulp and paper, to the post-production stages and relationship with clients, possibilities for innovations, and market insights so that this new class has a global view of the company.
The participants will also attend a Meeting with the Sponsor. Sponsors are the class’s mentors, usually figures of leadership in the company, who contribute to macro development through meetings in groups held bimonthly.
During these meetings, discussions on topics of interest to the group take place, which can range from career issues to guidance on the Challenge Project.
The Mentoring Program at Suzano offers individual mentoring to each intern, aiming to boost their development. This is an opportunity for exchange between the new Suzano talent and an inspiring and experienced collaborator from another area, so that their challenges and questions can be discussed. Those approved in the selection process will also have access to Training and the Challenge Project.
Applications Can Be Made Online
Applications can be made on the program website, and interested parties need only to fill out some important information. The selection process will include applications, dynamics, online interviews, feedback, and hiring of participants, which should take place in June. Those who are hired will receive a scholarship in line with the market, onsite cafeteria or meal voucher, and transportation assistance according to current legislation or shuttle service.
Additionally, Suzano Pulp and Paper offers a medical plan and life insurance, Financial Education, Tele Health, Legal Guidance, Physical Education, PET Consulting, Physiotherapy, Pedagogical, Psychological, Nutritional, and Social Guidance. To further strengthen the intern’s career, courses and training e-learning will also be provided through the company’s digital platform.
