Responsibilities:

Level I support, detecting and resolving hardware failures in laptops, desktops, telephony, and printers, through technical knowledge and/or support manuals, applying an immediate solution or via a call to the equipment supplier;
On-site support when problem resolution is not possible remotely;
Control and keep the company’s IT asset base (laptops, desktops, IP telephony, and printers) updated;
Plan and execute the installation and maintenance of operating systems, contracted and/or support software, analyzing the routines and procedures involved, verifying benefits and problems, implementing necessary adjustments on laptops and desktops;
Support the Infrastructure team in diagnosing and addressing incidents, mainly in remote locations and plants (Factories and Dealers);
Monitor the ticket queue to ensure compliance with SLAs.

Requirements:

Completed Technical Education in Information Technology or Infrastructure or currently pursuing Higher Education in Information Technology;
Experience in technical support to users: software, hardware, telephony, and computer network incidents, ensuring adherence to the agreed service level;
Knowledge of the Microsoft platform and micro-informatics.
