With 3,323 m² of built area, six suites, a cinema with a 4K projector, a panoramic spa, and a garage for 18 cars, the Diamond Mansion establishes itself as the most expensive and luxurious residence in Brazil.
Presented in a detailed video by luxury real estate agent Lucas Felt, the Diamond Mansion has become one of the most iconic properties ever featured on his YouTube channel.
Appraised at R$ 120 million, the residence located on the summit of the Tamboré 2 condominium in Alphaville (SP) is defined by the agent himself as the “epitome of luxury and high standard“.
Regarded as the “masterpiece” of the contractor’s contemporary projects, the house combines a spectacular panoramic view with a technical and aesthetic execution rarely seen in the Brazilian real estate market.

With 3,323 m² of built area, including covered and uncovered spaces, the property is a true gallery of design, technology, and comfort.

Monumental Facade and Impact Port-Cochere
The facade of the Diamond Mansion is a spectacle in itself. With 40 meters in front and an eight-meter ceiling, it stands out in Alphaville with an unparalleled architectural presence.
The agent emphasizes that “it’s impossible to pass by without noticing this house“, given the prominence of the set.
The aircraft wing-shaped aluminum brises, one of the most striking elements, not only decorates but brings movement to the facade. Depending on the wind direction, they create a dynamic effect that seems to make the house “breathe”.
The port-cochere is described by Lucas as “one of the largest ever shown on YouTube“. Its depth allows for the entry and maneuvering of several vehicles simultaneously, leading to a panoramic garage for up to 18 cars, consisting of 9 free and covered spaces.
The entrance is marked by a natural vertical garden, an illuminated water mirror, and navona marble cladding — materials that are repeated in various environments and define the visual DNA of the project.

Hall with Sculptural Staircase and Gallery Atmosphere
Upon crossing the grand main door, which reaches the full height of the ceiling, the visitor is welcomed into a foyer that embodies the concept of the Diamond Mansion.
The space combines artworks, signed sculptures, and a sculptural masonry staircase with curved steps and indirect lighting.
Unlike most staircases of this type, which use a metal structure, this one was entirely made of masonry — a more difficult process that requires millimeter precision. Lucas highlights the impact of the piece, which functions as both sculpture and structure.
The navona marble extends across floors and walls, ensuring visual unity and grandeur. The eight-meter double ceiling, emphasized by the lateral windows, creates a sense of vastness and natural luminosity.

Dining Room and Living Area with Design Prominence
The dining room is one of the most striking environments of the tour. In the center, a 5-meter illuminated onyx table dominates the space, complemented by black crystal chandeliers in baccarat style, reinforcing the sophisticated tone.
The living area, just ahead, is described by Lucas as “a livable work of art.” The space features a 5-meter gas fireplace clad in Armani Gris, perfectly integrating into the mirrored wall. The Yamaha piano adds a refined atmosphere, while the Artefacto furniture enhances exclusivity.
The built-in hotel-standard carpet ensures comfort and uniformity, while the independent zoned sound system and full automation via voice command complete the ensemble.

Office and Piano Bar: Functional Luxury and Scenic Aesthetics
The office, strategically located on the main floor, was designed for those who work from home without sacrificing comfort and aesthetics. The illuminated world map on the mirrored wall creates an imposing focal point, while the indirect lighting and acoustic insulation favor concentration.
Next to it, the piano bar is one of the most photogenic environments in the residence. The illuminated onyx stone bar island and the 48 cascading golden pendant lights form a visual spectacle. Lucas emphasizes that the space was designed to “host friends with sophistication and theatricality.”

Total Integration and Outdoor Area with Infinite View
The wide frames ensure complete integration between the interior and the exterior, reinforcing the fluidity of the environments. The outdoor area is a separate chapter: it combines landscaping, architecture, and a panoramic view that dominates the Alphaville skyline.
The fireplace area, surrounded by a natural vertical garden, invites contemplation. The infinity pool clad in navona marble reflects the sky and the surroundings, creating visual continuity with the landscape.
The gourmet space, featuring an 8-meter calacatta island, includes a mega video wall screen over 5 meters, a barbecue grill, a pizza oven, and refrigerated drawers. The area was designed for both large events and intimate gatherings. “It’s a house for a hundred people or for four friends on a football night,” comments the agent.

Calacatta Kitchen with Viking Equipment
The main kitchen maintains the same aesthetic standard as the gourmet area. Clad in calacatta marble, it houses Viking appliances, illuminated glass cabinets, and custom-made furniture.
The environment combines elegance and practicality. Three sinks and a centralized Viking stove cater to dinners and events fluidly. The proximity to the gourmet area allows for quick access during gatherings without breaking the flow of the social space.
Full automation, linear air conditioning, diffused lighting, and an embedded sound system reinforce the technological standard and thermal and acoustic comfort.

Lower Floor: Panoramic Garage, Spa, and Support Areas
Descending via the Otis social elevator, one reaches the lower floor, which functions almost like a second house. The panoramic garage, with polished concrete flooring and scenic lighting, accommodates 18 vehicles. Replicas of Formula 1 cars complete the scene.
Next to it, the private spa is one of the most luxurious environments of the residence. It features a heated pool, a mirrored ceiling, baccarat-style chandeliers, a sauna, a massage room, and a panoramic view. The agent highlights that the space is “sufficiently isolated to guarantee privacy, but connected to the house enough to be used daily.”
The lower floor also includes two service suites, staff living and kitchen, spacious laundry room, and mechanical room, structuring the entire operation of the residence without interfering with the main areas.
Upper Floor: Master Suite, Balcony, and Additional Suites
On the upper floor, the master suite occupies an exclusive wing. The space combines a wood-burning fireplace clad in calacatta, a grand closet, a marble-clad bathroom, and a balcony with a breathtaking view.
The bathroom is comparable in size to an intermediate room, featuring two showers, two sinks, a central jacuzzi, gold fixtures, and indirect lighting in niches and mirrors. The independent sound system allows controlling ambient music even in the bathroom.
The main room has full automation, a retractable screen, automated curtains, and a voice-controlled sound system. The L-shaped balcony extends over the terrain, offering one of the highest and most private views in all of Tamboré 2.
In addition to the master suite, there are five additional suites, all finely decorated, featuring waterproof hotel-standard carpets, navona marble bathrooms, and independent climate control.
Home Bar and Cinema on Two Floors with 4K Projector

The home bar on the upper floor serves as an ante-room for the cinema and includes a full support pantry, microwave, refrigerator, ice machine, and custom cabinets.
The home cinema is one of the highlights of the project. Spread over two floors, it features automated seating, acoustic velvet cladding, insulating blanket, and a large screen with a 4K projector. The space includes a private bathroom, something very rare in such rooms.
Lucas emphasizes that “watching a movie there is like being in a luxury cinema but within your own home.”
Infrastructure and Technology: Automation, Energy, and Air Conditioning
The Diamond Mansion is entirely automated by Scenario, allowing control via voice, app, and digital panels. The central system integrates lighting, sound, curtains, air conditioning, and security.
The two Otis elevators ensure mobility between floors. The linear air conditioning system covers all enclosed areas, maintaining uniform thermal comfort.
The photovoltaic system for solar capture and the self-generator ensure energy autonomy, reinforcing the balance between luxury and efficiency.
The lighting, both internal and external, follows a detailed lighting design project, creating night scenarios that enhance the volumes and textures of the architecture.
A “Diamond” Polished in Every Detail
Combining precise engineering, noble materials, and cutting-edge technology, the Diamond Mansion solidifies itself as one of the greatest icons of contemporary Brazilian residential architecture.
The house synthesizes the concept of livable luxury, where daily comfort finds artistic expression. Nothing there seems improvised: from the hand-sculpted staircase to the marble chosen for each environment, from the golden piano bar to the cinema with acoustic blanket, every detail has been designed to showcase exclusivity and sophistication.
The location at the highest point of Tamboré 2, the panoramic view that reaches the horizon, and the set of architectural solutions make the Diamond Mansion a reference in design, innovation, and grandeur.
