For the second consecutive month, Brazil surpasses the crude oil production of the third largest oil producer in OPEC, the Middle Eastern country – United Arab Emirates (UAE).

According to the National Agency of Petroleum (ANP), Brazil extracted 3.156 million bopd in January of this year, while the UAE produced 3.034 million bopd, according to OPEC information.

Brazil’s oil production also exceeded that of the Arab country in December of last year, when the UAE extracted 3.063 million bopd compared to 3.095 million Brazilian.

Activities

Operate the Remotely Operated Vehicle (ROV); monitor its movements during operations, guiding oneself by navigation instruments, to generate images and carry out inspections and interventions on underwater structures and equipment.

They plan, mobilize, and document ROV system operation activities. They perform equipment maintenance, diagnosing defects and failures, repairing and replacing mechanical and electromechanical components. They work following safety, hygiene, quality, and environmental preservation standards.
