Residents of Several Cities in the Interior of São Paulo Can Enroll in a Free Course That Can Open Doors in the Electrical Sector and Transform Professional Realities with In-Person Classes and State-of-the-Art Facilities.

Golden opportunity for those looking to enter the electrical sector arrives in the interior of São Paulo.

CPFL Paulista, one of the leading energy distributors in Brazil, has opened registrations for a free course for training electricians, aimed especially at residents of various cities in the interior of São Paulo.

The initiative, which takes place in partnership with the National Service for Industrial Training (Senai), aims to qualify the workforce and promote social inclusion.

With 20 spots available, the course combines theoretical and practical classes and will be divided between online and in-person phases.

Selected participants will have the opportunity to learn from industry specialists and acquire fundamental knowledge to work in the electrical distribution field.

Registrations are open until May 26 through the official website of the CPFL Group.

Free Training Focused on Employability

Although participation in the course does not guarantee direct employment with the company, the training is highly valued in the electrical sector.

The curriculum offered equips students to perform essential technical activities, opening doors in a market that lacks qualified professionals.

Additionally, at the end of the course, participants will have their names registered in a talent pool of CPFL, which may increase future hiring chances.

The training starts on July 15, with classes from Monday to Friday, 6 PM to 10 PM, and Saturdays from 8 AM to 5 PM.

In-person classes will take place in Ribeirão Preto, in the interior of São Paulo, one of the regions most targeted for the expansion of energy infrastructure in the state.

Who Can Enroll?

The opportunity is aimed at individuals who meet specific requirements.

It is necessary to have completed elementary education, a valid driver’s license (category B), and availability to attend in-person classes.

Additionally, the candidate must reside in one of the following cities: Ribeirão Preto, Bebedouro, Brodowski, Cajuru, Cravinhos, Guariba, Jaboticabal, Jardinópolis, Monte Alto, Pirangi, Pitangueiras, Pontal, Santa Adélia, Santa Rosa de Viterbo, São Simão, Serrana, Sertãozinho, Taquaritinga or Viradouro.

Another important point is the flexibility of schedules, as the course requires dedication during the week and on weekends.

Interested individuals must be willing to attend classes in the evening and also on Saturdays, with extended hours.

Selection Process Will Be Conducted in Stages

The selection of candidates will take place between May 28 and June 20.

During this period, registered candidates will go through evaluation stages that include tests and interviews.

CPFL Paulista emphasizes that it seeks to identify profiles with high potential for learning and commitment.

In-person classes will be held at the Senai headquarters, located at Avenida Cavalheiro Paschoal Innechi, No. 888, in Ribeirão Preto.

The structure includes modern laboratories and adequate infrastructure to provide quality training.

Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion

The initiative also stands out for promoting affirmative actions, encouraging the participation of socially underrepresented groups in the electrical sector.

Women, Black individuals, LGBTQIA+, and people with disabilities are especially encouraged to participate in the selection process.

According to CPFL, this policy is part of the program “Our Way of Being”, which aims to build a more diverse and inclusive organizational culture.

“Representation is not just a goal, but a continuous commitment,” highlights the company on its diversity portal.

These affirmative actions are part of the ESG strategy (Environmental, Social, and Governance practices), increasingly demanded by investors and consumers.

Companies that adopt such measures not only promote social justice but also strengthen their institutional image and attract talents from different backgrounds.

Demand for Electricians Grows in Brazil

The offering of the course comes at a strategic moment when Brazil is facing a shortage of technical professionals in the electrical area.

The advancement of renewable energy, the expansion of distribution networks, and investments in infrastructure increase the demand for qualified electricians.

According to the National Confederation of Industry (CNI), the country will need to train more than 9.6 million technicians by 2025 to meet the needs of the productive sector.

Courses like CPFL’s represent a concrete response to this challenge while also offering opportunities for professional advancement for the population.

Additionally, the electrician profession is among the fastest-growing in the country, with an average initial salary above R$ 2,500, potentially exceeding R$ 5,000 in specialized positions with recognized certifications.

How to Enroll?

Registrations must be made by May 26, 2025, exclusively through the official CPFL website: https://www.grupocpfl.com.br/rh/escolas-de-eletricistas.

All stages of the process are free, and there is no charge for enrollment.

After registration, candidates will be informed by email or phone about the progress of the selection process.

The organization’s recommendation is that interested individuals fill out the form carefully and keep their information updated.
