A super-basic pickup truck designed for local assembly emerges as an alternative for areas where utility defines a vehicle’s value. Disassembled for shipping, it prioritizes structural simplicity and modularity that allows for broad customizations according to each community’s needs.

The proposal uses a minimalist, modular, and open platform, aimed at transforming the production process into something closer to a home assembly. The IKEA style mentioned by the manufacturer itself points to a logic of direct fittings and simplified maintenance.

Toyota presents the vehicle as a deliberately incomplete model, essentially comprising a rolling chassis, four wheels, and a surface capable of receiving different configurations. The company describes the solution as a base that delivers the bare minimum necessary to generate countless possibilities.

Modularity and Adaptation to Multiple Uses
