The National School of Public Health Sérgio Arouca (ENSP), one of the most important branches of Fiocruz, is accepting applications to select tutor-teachers for the Specialization Course in Continuing Education: Health and Education from an Integrative Perspective.
This is an opportunity for those with teaching experience who wish to engage in distance education (DE), with the advantage of working from the comfort of their home.
The announcement offers a total of 16 positions, 8 effective and 8 for substitutes.

- Stricto Sensu postgraduate (master’s or doctoral) or Lato Sensu (specialization).
- At least one year of experience in higher education teaching, especially in distance modality.
- Experience in guiding academic works.
- Availability of 20 hours per week to dedicate to course activities.
In addition to a robust resume, experience in distance education will be a decisive differential at the time of selection, as the role requires specific skills to guide students in this learning format.
Compensation at Fiocruz
The selected tutors for the effective positions will receive a stipend of R$ 1,850.00 per month. The payment is aligned with CAPES Ordinance No. 309, dated September 27, 2024.
It is important to note that this stipend will not be granted to substitutes unless they are called to replace an effective tutor.
Application and Selection Process
Interested parties must apply exclusively online by 4 PM on November 14, 2024. The application form is available on the ENSP website, and applications outside the deadline or by other means will not be accepted.
The selection process will be divided into two stages:
Document Analysis: This first phase will evaluate the candidates’ academic background and teaching experience.
A minimum score of 7.0 is required to advance to the next stage.
Remote Interview: Conducted between December 9 and 12, 2024, this interview aims to deepen knowledge about the candidates’ profile and competencies.
The final results will be announced starting from December 20, 2024.
