Who Can Participate in the Faetec Selection Process?
Applicants with qualifications compatible with the desired position may apply. For Professor FAETEC I, a higher education degree in a relevant area related to the subject of teaching is required; for Educational Supervisor Teacher, a degree in Pedagogy or specialization in Educational Supervision is required; while for Instructor for Vocational Subjects I, the candidate must have technical high school education or prove a minimum of two years of experience in the professional area where they wish to teach.
Faetec has also established reserved quotas to ensure diversity in the process. Of the total vacancies, 5% are allocated for people with disabilities, 20% for black and indigenous candidates and 10% for candidates in economic vulnerability, who demonstrate a per capita family income of up to half a minimum wage.

These amounts do not include potential benefits or additional payments stipulated by law, but they already ensure compensation above the regional minimum for the category.
In addition, professionals will be entitled to all benefits guaranteed by state legislation, such as 13th salary, vacation, and paid leaves.
How Does the Selection for Temporary Hiring Work?
The Faetec 2025 selection process will be conducted in a single stage, with an eliminatory and classificatory nature, based on evaluation of titles and professional experience.
Candidates must present documentation proving academic qualifications and time worked in positions compatible with the desired position.
The scoring will follow the Annex I of the notice, which assigns values to titles of postgraduate, master’s, and doctoral degrees, as well as proven experience of over a year.
The analysis will be conducted by the Examinational Committee, and candidates will be classified in descending order according to their final scores.
In the event of a tie, the following criteria will be considered in this order: the highest score in titles, the most experience, and finally, age. The final result will be published on the official foundation website and in the State Official Gazette.
How to Apply for the Faetec 2025 Notice?
The final classification will be published on October 20, 2025, and the calls will begin on October 21. The contracts will be valid for up to two years, and may be terminated early if there are replacements by effective civil servants.
