Job Details at Unimed for Training and Development Analyst
The hired professional will have a work schedule from 8 AM to 12 PM and from 1:10 PM to 5:58 PM, under an effective CLT regime.
Among the main responsibilities of the position, the following stand out:
Identify technical and behavioral training needs with managers;
Plan and re-plan training on the SESCOOP platform and internal systems;
Manage the cooperative’s training budget;
Organize training sessions and provide logistical support, including equipment and materials;
Manage Corporate and Cooperative Education programs;
Administer Distance Learning (EAD) platforms;
Map and update continuous learning tools;
Control schedules for technical and behavioral training;
Support Performance Evaluation processes;
Prepare reports and monitor Training and Development indicators;
Organize events and actions focused on People Management.
Requirements for the Analyst Position

Complete higher education in psychology, administration, or related fields;
