The Multinational Saint-Gobain Has Opened Applications for Its 2021 Trainee Program. The Positions Will Be Allocated to Cities in the State of São Paulo

Saint-Gobain Canalização has been operating in Brazil for 80 years and is part of a global organization with more than 350 years of history. Currently, the company employs a thousand people in two manufacturing units, in the city of Itaúna (MG) and Barra Mansa (RJ), as well as commercial offices in São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro, Distribution Centers, and Business Units located in various Brazilian regions. Today, Saint-Gobain is accepting applications for its Trainee Program for the state of São Paulo.

In total, there will be 30 positions for young talents in the areas of digital & data intelligence, industrial and industry 4.0, commercial, purchasing, finance, supply chain, marketing, research & development, product, and human resources.

The positions are for São Paulo, Guarulhos, Mauá, Analândia, Jandira, Vinhedo, Capivari, Jacareí, and Mogi das Cruzes, all cities in the state of São Paulo.

Applications will be accepted until September 30, and for the first time, the process will take place entirely online. Candidates must have graduated no more than two years ago, that is, between December 2018 and December 2020, in any undergraduate course in the areas of exact or human sciences, have fluent English, and be geographically mobile.

The selection process at Saint-Gobain will consist of application, online tests, cultural fit, video interview, group dynamics, a panel with managers, and a final interview with senior leadership.

The selected candidates will be responsible for leading strategic projects for the company and will receive complete training in Design Thinking and Agile Methodologies, as well as mentoring from specialized consulting until the end of the program.

To apply, simply go to the Saint-Gobain website. The selection process is expected to be completed in the first half of December, and those selected will start working at the beginning of 2021.
