- Possess advanced English proficiency;
- Be available to reside in São Paulo (SP) or São José do Rio Preto (SP), cities where the company has operational units.

How Does the Selection Process Work?
The selection process involves several stages to evaluate the candidates’ profiles and, above all, to select the professionals most aligned with the company’s culture and values.
Thus, the stages include:

- Skills assessment – Next, specialized consultants from Across, the partner company in the selection, conduct interviews to assess the participants’ skills during February and March 2025;
- Online panel with managers – Subsequently, candidates present their skills directly to BP Bioenergy leaders, with forecasts for execution in March 2025;
- Visit to the company’s units – Additionally, finalists get to know the company’s operations and interact with industry professionals in March or April 2025;
- Hiring – Finally, the admission of the approved candidates will occur in April 2025.
