German Multinational Revolutionizes Agricultural Production in Brazil and Worldwide: All-in-One Tractor Can Process 200 Tons of Grains per Hour

“Almighty” Tractor Factory Will Be Established in Brazil: The German multinational Nexat, aiming to revolutionize the Brazilian agricultural sector, has decided to set up a factory in the country, reinforcing Brazil’s importance and potential in the global agricultural landscape; check out the details.

In the global agricultural landscape, the Nexat System Tractor has stood out. Created by Klemens and Felix Kalverkamp, mechanical engineers, this tractor promises to change the way crops are cultivated. Known as a “monster machine” due to its imposing size, it not only impresses with its stature but also with its ability to perform various agricultural operations in an integrated manner.

Meet the MEGA “ALL-IN-ONE” TRACTOR – The Biggest Agricultural Technology of the Moment Arrives in Brazil!

The innovative concept of Nexat, a collaborative creation from the Kalverkamp family, already operates in fifteen units across five countries, including Brazil. More than its size, its transformative potential has garnered global attention.

The reveal of Nexat took place at Agritechnica, one of the world’s largest agricultural machinery fairs, in Hannover, Germany. There, in addition to impressing with its innovative design and large size, the company announced plans to begin mass production, including the construction of a factory in Brazil, after receiving investments from EW Group, a major German conglomerate in the agribusiness sector.

This ‘Monster Machine’ Can Be Operated Autonomously or Manually

Described as an “all-in-one” solution, Nexat goes beyond a simple tractor. It is a holistic agricultural production system, integrating all stages of agricultural work into a single platform. Its design supports multiple modular implements, allowing activities such as soil preparation, planting, crop protection, and harvesting.

The tractor, which can be operated autonomously or manually, features a robust and powerful transporter vehicle with a free span of 14 meters, capable of coupling implements up to 70 meters. Equipped with a sensor system for environmental assessment and a cabin that rotates 270°, it provides a wide view during operation.

Tractor Promises to Process Up to 200 Tons of Grains per Hour

This electric tractor, which includes a harvesting module, can process between 130 and 200 tons of grains per hour. Its threshing system employs a 5.8 m long axial rotor, significantly improving performance compared to traditional machines and allowing for even distribution of straw.

Currently powered by two 550 hp diesel engines, it is ready to adapt to the use of green hydrogen fuel cells, reducing CO2 emissions by up to 50%.

Equipment Is 50% More Fuel-Efficient Than Conventional Machines

Nexat not only promotes operational efficiency but also highlights its commitment to sustainability by minimizing soil compaction, one of the main causes of agricultural land degradation.

Experts indicate that Nexat is up to 50% more fuel-efficient than conventional machines, as well as being more effective in production. Targeted at large properties, this technology reduces environmental impacts and increases crop productivity.

“Almighty” Tractor Factory Will Be Established in Brazil

With the intention of establishing a factory in Brazil, the engineers of Nexat System Tractor plan not only to meet the demand for advanced technology but also to foster the economic and technological development of the country.

The installation of the factory represents a commitment to sustainable growth in Brazilian agriculture, promoting modernization and efficiency.

Although prices have not yet been disclosed, the machine is sold by direct order and there are plans to expand its availability and financing.

Let’s be honest, the help of a tractor like this will greatly optimize Brazilian agriculture. So, now tell me what you think of this incredible “almighty” tractor. I would love to hear your opinion in the comments section. I would also like to know if you are a professional in the field. Don’t forget to enable notifications from CPG to stay updated on everything happening in Brazil and the world, thank you. Until next time!
