The Tree Tower, a new high-end development in Guarapuava (PR), promises to transform the corporate profile of the region with modern infrastructure, a privileged logistical location, and a focus on sustainability. Located in the City of Lakes, the tower marks a new phase in urban planning for the interior of the state.
Strategic Location Drives the Development
With 22 floors and robust infrastructure, the Tree Tower emerges as the central piece of the planned business hub in the City of Lakes, Guarapuava. The development is positioned between BRs 277 and 373, facilitating access to key cities in Paraná such as Curitiba, Foz do Iguaçu, and Maringá. According to G1, the proposal is to attract companies that value logistical efficiency and quality of urban life — elements considered central to the new generation of corporate spaces.
Moreover, the building is located in front of Shopping Cidade dos Lagos and features its own parking, a helipad, a rooftop restaurant, and an auditorium. With these characteristics, the tower emphasizes the role of the City of Lakes as a multifunctional hub focused on work, leisure, and housing.

According to the City of Lakes, the goal is to offer an efficient working environment without compromising on comfort and technology.
The versatility of the space also translates into the possibility of integration with innovation and health sectors present in the same neighborhood, such as the Technological Innovation Center and the Regional Hospital.

According to the developers, the project creates opportunities for both local companies and multinational corporations looking to establish units in Southern Brazil.
