The enrollment for the selection process of the University of Uberlândia (UFU) free undergraduate courses via the Unified Selection System (Sisu) will open for the year 2025. This selection will be valid for the first semester of the year, with the results expected to be announced on January 26.
UFU is recognized as one of the leading federal universities in Brazil, with campuses located in the cities of Uberlândia, Ituiutaba, Monte Carmelo, and Patos de Minas. Of the total spots, 1,560 will be allocated to broad competition, while 1,644 will meet specific criteria, including students from public schools, those with low income, self-declared black, brown, indigenous, quilombola, and persons with disabilities.
Requirements and Timeline
The selection of candidates for the free courses will be based on the scores from the 2024 National High School Examination (Enem), with results to be released on January 13. It is necessary to score above zero on the essay to participate. For those not approved in the first call, there will be the possibility to express interest in the waiting list until January 31.
Enrollments for Free Courses
The enrollment period for Sisu 2025/1 will be from January 17 to 21, on the MEC site (access here). The announcement of results will take place on January 26. From then until January 31, it will be possible to express interest in joining the waiting list. The enrollments for those approved in the first call must be completed from January 27 to 31, via Portal de Graduation Services (PSG/UFU).
