Experienced IT Support Analyst to resolve/document service tickets in a timely manner (according to the service level agreement) and assist in updating/enhancing internal and vendor applications.
Responsibilities:
Work with experienced team members to troubleshoot applications, update existing software, identify ideas for improving system performance and affecting availability; Identifying/proposing fixes and automation opportunities; Integrate software components and third-party programs. Installation, customization, and independent integration of commercial software packages; Developing/Updating Documentation (System and User).

Train teams on how to incorporate agile values and principles; Facilitate and establish a rhythm of touchpoints ensuring full team engagement in agile ceremonies (e.g., Retrospective, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Sprint Planning, Refining); Communicate with project managers about impediments/issues affecting the project’s user stories; among others.
The company is looking for proactive team candidates with analytical and communication skills for one or more of the following activities:
- Understand and have knowledge of the company’s guidelines and procedures to carry out activities and assist internal clients;
- Receive and validate banking documents from the corporate card application;
- Analyze internal control reports;
- Perform quality assurance analyses of corporate card expenses;
- Review and prepare payment files.
