Required Qualifications:

• Be at least 21 years old;
• Be a recent graduate or graduating this year: graduation between December 2018 and December 2020;
• Have permission to work in the country you are applying for;
• Have full availability to start in our Next Gen program (Trainees) in January 2021;
• Be innovative, disruptive, passionate, and creative.

Program Phases:

• Phase 1 – Applications – September;
• Phase 2 – Share the Business Proposal – October;
• Phase 3 – Online Evaluation – November;
• Phase 4 – Interviews and Final Assessments – November/December;
• Phase 5 – Entry into the Program – January.
