The Trainee Program Opened by Pepsico Is For Young Graduates, and Applications Are Open Until the 30th of This Month

Currently, the company is accepting applications for its trainee program in the areas of finance, marketing, human resources, operations, and sales. Applications are open until September 30.

Required Qualifications:

Be at least 21 years old;
Be a recent graduate or graduating this year: graduation between December 2018 and December 2020;
Have permission to work in the country you are applying for;
Have full availability to start in our Next Gen program (Trainees) in January 2021;
Be innovative, disruptive, passionate, and creative.

Program Phases:

Phase 1 – Applications – September;
Phase 2 – Share the Business Proposal – October;
Phase 3 – Online Evaluation – November;
Phase 4 – Interviews and Final Assessments – November/December;
Phase 5 – Entry into the Program – January.
