The announcement, published by the Support Secretariat for Educational Technologies (SATE/UECE), follows the guidelines established by CAPES/MEC Ordinance No. 309/2024 and Normative Instruction No. 1/2024.

Additionally, there is the possibility of exemption from the application fee for candidates who prove donations to the Ceará Hematology and Hemotherapy Center (Hemoce), as provided for in State Law No. 12,559/1995.

Selection Process and Application
Applications will be open until February 26, 2025, and can be made through the electronic form available on the website www.uece.br/sate. The selection process will consist of three well-defined stages:
Curricular Analysis – Evaluation of the experience and documents presented by the candidates. Academic and professional history will be a fundamental criterion for selection.
Interview – Conducted in person, with dates published on the SATE website. The interview aims to assess the candidate’s aptitude for remote teaching and their pedagogical strategies.
Training Course – A 30-hour training offered by UECE, requiring a minimum average of 6.0 for approval. The course aims to prepare teachers for the challenges of distance education, providing adequate tools and methodologies for digital learning.
The final classification will be determined by the average of the scores obtained in the three stages. In the event of a tie, the university will use criteria such as age and curriculum points to define the approved candidates.
