The selected candidates in the selection process will be registered in the company’s talent bank and called according to the available job vacancies. First selected will be called still in 2022.
SLB (formerly Schlumberger) has an open selection process for job vacancies exclusive to People With Disabilities (PWD) in the areas of field engineering, support, administrative, logistics, warehouse, among others.
According to SLB’s Human Resources manager in Brazil, Gustav Nilsson, selected candidates will be incorporated into operations as demand arises, composing, until then, the company’s talent bank. This process, however, should happen quickly. “By December 1st, we expect to have new professionals hired. Activities will depend on the available vacancy and the workplace,” he explained.
How to Apply for the SLB Selection Process?
Interested individuals should apply by sending their resume to SLB’s email (recruitingbrz@slb.com), putting in the subject “Blue Talent 2022”. The selection process involves online and in-person stages, with group dynamics and interviews in English. By 2023, the company is expected to make more calls to maintain a workforce of PWDs above the limit set by labor legislation.
