Lathe Operator

Description: Operate a conventional lathe in the fabrication of general parts; Operate a milling machine; Interpret technical drawings;

Requirements:

High School diploma;
Lathe Operator course;
Minimum experience in the role;
Basic computer skills;
Driver’s License Class C;
Willingness to reside in Rondon/PR.

Road Equipment Mechanic

Description: Perform preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance on trucks and road equipment, light and/or heavy machinery, and agricultural implements on-site or in the shop; prepare parts estimates; carry out small-scale administrative tasks, such as entering orders into the system.

Requirements:

Completed Elementary Education;
Technical Course in Mechanics will be a plus;
Driver’s License: C;
Experience in maintenance of trucks, cars, trailers, and road equipment;
Experience in maintaining machines and equipment in the field;
Basic knowledge of agricultural machinery and implements mechanics;
Basic computer skills;
Minimum experience in the role;
Willingness to reside in Cidade Gaúcha, Nova Olímpia or Rondon/PR.

Agricultural Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor

Description: Responsible for managing teams and maintenance activities on trucks, ensuring availability and quality in maintenance.

Requirements:

High School diploma;
Technical Education will be a plus;
Driver’s License: C;
Minimum experience in the role;
Proven experience in mechanical maintenance of agricultural machinery and implements;
Experience in team leadership;
Willingness to reside in Tapejara/PR.

Sugarcane Harvester Mechanic

Description: In the field, perform preventive and corrective maintenance on agricultural equipment such as sugarcane harvesters, tractors, and trucks.

Requirements:

Completed Elementary Education;
Driver’s License: C/D;
Proven experience in the role;
Willingness to reside in Iguatemi (Maringá), Mandaguaçu, Nova Esperança, Presidente Castelo Branco/PR or nearby regions.
