Focusing on increasing female participation in the technology sector, Share RH has opened registrations for positions in the 6th edition of Women Can Code. The free online courses (EAD) exclusively for women are sponsored by companies DASA, RDI, and Stilingue, which will offer training paths in Node.JS, C#, and Kotlin, respectively. It is important to emphasize that at the end of the program, participants may be hired to work at the sponsoring companies. Therefore, when registering for the program, it will be necessary to choose one of the training paths and consequently compete for positions in the company responsible for the selected path.

There will be a total of 63 hours of training in the available programming languages aimed at women (cis or trans), who have a solid programming background. Additionally, candidates must have a computer, access to broadband internet, and availability to participate in three weeks of live classes from November 8 to 27. Classes will be held Monday to Friday from 7 PM to 10 PM, and Saturdays from 9 AM to 4 PM.
The schedule for the 6th edition of Women Can Code is divided into six stages:
- Stage 1: September 13 to October 31, 2021 – Registrations.
- Stage 2: September 27 to October 31, 2021 – Introductory Module and Tests.
- Stage 3: September 27 to October 31, 2021 – Interviews and Intersectional Analysis.
- Stage 4: November 5, 2021 – Announcement of Approved Participants.
- Stage 5: November 8 to 27, 2021 – Technical Training.
- Stage 6: November 29 to December 10, 2021 – Selection Process with the Companies.
