Support the Regional EHS Management and Operations Directorate in executing the company’s strategic EHS plan, implementing Corporate EHS Policies and Internal Requirements in CPN Brazil, aiming to ensure conditions that eliminate or minimize the risks of workplace or environmental accidents, while observing compliance with all applicable legislation and developing EHS programs and projects.

To apply for the Work Safety Technician position, candidates must have experience as a TST or EHS Supervisor; training as a Work Safety Technician; knowledge of the Regulatory Standards from the Ministry of Labor (NR33, NR10, NR11, NR12, NR13, NR35); advanced knowledge in IT (Office Suite) and POWER BI, and project leadership experience. A bachelor’s degree in Work Safety Engineering and advanced English will be a differential.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and implement norms and devices, as well as the legal and corporate requirements of EHS areas;
• Develop strategic planning for EHS activities focused on commercial activities;
• Conduct periodic client visits, accompanied by a professional from the sales team, inspecting locations, facilities, and equipment and assisting in identifying risks during the execution of technical services provided by the sales team;
• Provide in-person and online training for the CAN sales team;
• Prepare, disseminate, and establish strategies based on EHS statistics;
• Elaborate and support sales teams in implementing EHS Campaigns and Programs;
• Lead the Investigation and Analysis of Accidents process with the sales teams and CPNA;
• Participate in strategic meetings providing data related to the EHS area and contributing to decision-making;
• Respond to internal and external audits and certifications representing the EHS area;
• Any other assigned duties.
