Truck Driver
Requirements demanded by Bracell: Basic school certificate and previous experience in the role.
Responsibilities: The role involves operating light vehicles in the factory, light and medium trucks, as well as medium cranes, for the transport of people, machinery, equipment, or supplies as needed.

Requirements demanded by Bracell: Technical training in areas such as forestry, agriculture, or related fields.
Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, and availability to work in shifts (4×2) is required.
Responsibilities: The role involves ensuring the quality of nursery activities, including the management of seedling production, irrigation, fertilization, and phytosanitary control.
This will ensure the supply of seedlings for internal consumption and service to clients, following quality standards, deadlines, safety, and competitive costs.
Job location: Lençóis Paulista, São Paulo.
Machine and Equipment Operator I
Requirements demanded by Bracell: Basic school certificate and previous experience in operating agricultural tractors or similar roles. Relocation to Lençóis Paulista, SP, is required.
Responsibilities: The professional will be responsible for operating agricultural tractors for various activities in the seedling production process and forest formation.
This includes soil preparation, material transport, application of inputs, as well as conducting daily machine inspections, an essential activity for sending the material to the factory.
Job location: Lençóis Paulista, São Paulo.
Drone Pilot
Requirements demanded by Bracell: Basic school certificate and previous experience in operating drones for aerial spraying or similar roles.
Responsibilities: The professional will be responsible for all phases of drone piloting operations for aerial spraying, including pre-flight planning, flight execution, and post-flight activities such as reporting and maintenance.
