TSEA Energia Announces 130 Permanent Vacancies for Factory Expansion in Minas Gerais
While many companies reinforce temporary staff at year-end, TSEA Energia is going in the opposite direction and has opened 130 permanent vacancies to support the expansion of the power transformer factory in Contagem (MG). The company, with 60 years of history, is internationally recognized for complete and sustainable solutions in the electrical sector.
The expansion is part of an investment of R$ 700 million, planned until 2029, aimed at increasing the industrial production capacity.
The majority of the vacancies are focused on the manufacturing sector, but there are also positions for technicians and specialists. According to the company, hiring will be done in phases to ensure adequate training and precision in industrial processes.
According to Walquíria Caldeira, HR manager, it is impossible to absorb all the approximately 800 professionals planned at once: “We need to hire and train from now on for this new phase. We produce equipment that lasts for decades, which requires quality from day one.”
Applications can be made through the official site of TSEA Energia.
