Responsibilities: Operation of permanent way maintenance equipment, including railway, road-rail, and road vehicles. Will directly work on permanent way maintenance, ensuring the good condition of the tracks and equipment used.

Metalworking Technician
Requirements from MRS: Completed High School and vocational training in MIG or MAG Welding and Oxy-fuel Cutting.
Knowledge and experience in metallurgy, including the process of coated electrode welding, MIG welding techniques, oxy-fuel cutting, plasma cutting, basic metrology, and the 5S Program are desirable.
Responsibilities: Execution, recovery, and creation of metalworking maintenance, covering corrective, preventive, and predictive activities.
Tasks include maintenance of lateral and frontal plates, floors, beams, as well as assembly, boiler work, cutting, and welding of railcars.
The candidate will also assist in the assembly, disassembly, and adjustment of the mechanical and pneumatic components and equipment of the railcars.

Mechanical Technician
Requirements from MRS: Completed High School and vocational training in Mechanics. It is desirable that the candidate has teamwork skills, communication abilities, and basic knowledge of metrology.
Responsibilities: Execute the maintenance procedures established by Engineering, ensuring the necessary productivity and quality.
Additionally, you will need to monitor the activities of the Scheduling, ensuring segregation and physical organization of the materials to be applied to railcars or delivered for recovery.
