Automation Analyst

• Ensure the functional availability of automation equipment through best maintenance practices;
• Develop technical studies aimed at reducing the variability of control loops in the production process;
• Develop and improve maintenance methods and tools and technically support all maintenance and operation process cells;
• Develop control logics in dedicated systems;
• Keep backups of the unit’s automation system up to date;
• Seek and analyze failure occurrences to eliminate recurrences;

Junior Maintenance Engineer

• Responsible for planning, scheduling, and developing the preventive and corrective maintenance plan for the medium and long term in the replacement of rolls in the production process (paper, dryer, coater, and finishing), analyzing service requests, developing the activity schedule, identifying maintenance needs and priorities, studying the feasibility of machine and equipment shutdowns, analyzing the presented costs against the budget, determining necessary resources such as: own or third-party labor, materials, tools and equipment, parts, etc., seeking to optimize and rationalize the use of resources.
• Carry out the scheduling and preparation of roll maintenance plans, providing the necessary resources, involving the transportation and technical scope of needs, technically supporting the Purchasing department regarding the qualification and hiring of suppliers;
• Ensure the integrity of the process, equipment, and materials to be installed;
• Inspire the team for teamwork with other stakeholders.

Maintenance Mechanic III

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance;
• Keep equipment and areas at maximum performance;
• Carry out maintenance on various equipment such as reducers, variators, motors, valves.

Supply Consultant

• Responsible for negotiations with large suppliers in Supplies – Inputs;
• Identify opportunities and lead projects, interfacing with Management and other operational and support areas;
• Manage the commercial contracts portfolio, monitoring/acting in all stages of the chain from understanding the scope to contract closures;

• Assist with safety aspects in risk work planning and monitor work during maintenance shutdowns and project implementation, as well as authorize risk work, observing environmental conditions, safety standards, and current legal requirements;
• Participate with Engineering in projects, considering Safety and Health aspects in design;
• Prepare statistical reports on accidents and work safety indicators;
• Maintain a permanent relationship with the CIPA, maximizing its observations, in addition to operating it, training it, and meeting it, as provided by NR-5;
